What can you expect?

ApARTment Benji is a comfortable and spacious apartment with 70 sqm with balcony, living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, decorated with beautiful contemporary art. You will find it in one of the upper floors of a very well maintained high-rise-building with a view over the town into direction Kaiserburg and surrounded by forest.

The apartment meets the spirit of the time with expressive colours between modern interior design and classic lifestyle and hereby meets the extraordinary taste of individualists.

We have fundamentally renovated and redecorated the apartment in January/February 2014 and it was completely rebuilt, among others with a new bathroom with shower-/bathtup, a new kitchen, fully equipped with all relevant electrical eqipment, ceran cooking field and oven, dishwasher and a roomy fridge-/freezer combination. With this apartment you book "state-of-the-ART ": queen size bed with Dunlopillo quality matresses, comfortable livingroom furniture, non-seasonal central heating as well as individually manageable aircondition. For your entertainment, you will find a state-of-the-art flat screen TV-Set with all connections available today for external equipment such as i-pod, i-pad etc., integrated highspeed WiFi (16000) with numerous programmed apps, like youtube, skype, etc. further mediathek on all digital cable channels and satellite TV/radio (Astra 28,2 - English)

If you arrive by car, you can utilise the parking lots along the road (not chargeable, it is a dead end street without parking meters) or book your private, locked garage)
Else, the subway station "Langwasser" is located directly in front of the building, 4 stations resp. 4 minutes) away from the station "Messe" at the international fair grounds.

What does the region offer?
Many events take place all over the year, such as old town festival, meeting of the bards, national and international exhibitions and the famous Christ-child's market.

Sight seeing in Nuremberg:
Kaiserburg (castle), Frauenkirche (church), Lorenzkirche (church), Sebalduskirche (church), Kettensteg (chains web leading over the river "Pegnitz"), Henkersteg (bridge leading from the prison to the gallows, over which the prisoners sentenced to death took their last steps in the medival times), hole prison in the town hall, rock transitions, various museums: German National Museum, Toy museum, Train Museum, Fembo House, Duerer House and the march up area of the nazis with the Reichstag-documentation center.

Worthwhile to see in the surrounding area: Romantic-, Castle-, Beer-, Burgen-, and Boxbeutel roads (Boxbeutel describes the shape of wine bottle typical for Franconia), Riemenschneider altares Rothenburg, Dettwang, Creglingen, Wuerzburg; Franken Therme (thermal spa), outdoor museum Bad Windsheim; Castles: Schloß Stetten, Hohenlohe-Bartenstein, Hohenlohe-Langenburg with automobile museum und sheep cheese factory at site, Hohenlohe-Weikersheim, Hohenlohe-Schillingsfürst mit hunting hawk open air shows during summertime daily at 15.00 h exept on Mondays, Burg Frankenberg with aboretum, Burg Colmberg with restaurant. Vinotheks in Iphofen, Ipsheim, Nordheim, Rothenburg. Interesting towns like Ansbach, Schwaebisch Hall, Dinkelsbuehl, Feuchtwangen.

Distances from the airport to :

About 15 km/8miles/20 minutes from the airport by car, about 35-40 minutes by subway, change train at the central station (Hauptbahnhof) and enter U 1, direction "Langwasser-Sued ". Exit at terminus. Exit station, turn sharp right, the entrance is on the right hand side of the building.
